APRIL THEME:
“Giant Gentleness"
In those flashes when we are conscious of our Oneness there is an openness and all-encompassing Love. In all the other moments in our lives we need or, really, deserve Giant Gentleness. This month we remember that gentleness is actually a powerful spiritual. And giant gentleness opens us up to who we say we want to be. It lets all the moments of our lives be sacred and holy, even the sucky ones. Each week we expand our awareness of gentleness. Starting of course with ourselves, we acknowledge the frequency of falling back into fear and all the ways it shows up, and how we can allow these moments to be for our highest and best. We’ll move beyond judgment and embrace active compassion in our relationships with others. We breathe gentleness into our communities, our politics, and our activities. Finally, we celebrate the moments of embodying the giant and continuing the journey.

Therefore, let loving gentleness be our most trusted travel companion, starting with yourself. | Courageous brings it into a new light, and the descriptor is about being "contagious". Other than consciously, we are susceptible to the presence of others … our sense of their moods which display they emotions that reflect their beliefs. This, of course, is true in reverse. You, your presence, causes responses in others. Today is the perfect day for to choose to be an activity of Spirit as gentleness and watch your world change | The Universe does rest on the shoulders of Love. Love is the real lodestone of life.” ~ Ernest Holmes It doesn’t matter what the topic or situation is, let’s use Love as our guide in all of our interactions. This is ours to do. Let’s amp up our gentleness and respond “in kind. | We learn when we combine memories with present moments experiences creating the elements of our personal cosmology – our world view. How we interact with others is deeply influenced by our world view. What is your world view? Does it call you to engage with Life as gentleness? |

An opportunity to connect, meditate, and pray. Weekday mornings from 8:00 to 8:45 AM on Zoom. A daily meditation practice has been proven to benefit all levels of our human experience. We connect, meditate, and pray. It’s a grand way to start your day.
Sunday Centering
Every Sunday from 9:15 to 9:45 AM we open to divine guidance using meditation and visioning. This weekly meditation is perfect to revitalize your sense of connection with Spirit within you. It’s a powerful way to anchor your week in peace, joy, and harmony.
Our First Sunday Meditation with Himalayan Bowls is on hold until we are able to return to in-person meetings. In this rich sensory experience, depths of meditation not accessed in other circumstances are reached. No experience is required. Just bring yourself into this wonder-filled and powerfully healing experience.
World Healing Meditation
Every December 31st, join millions of people across the seven continents of all religious faiths and philosophies as we participate simultaneously on the morning of December 31st in healing the world and bringing forth sustainable peace. We will begin the meditation at precisely the same moment that others all around the world are starting to meditate and pray in the ways of their own traditions. We each affirm peace and commit to doing our part to heal the world. It is truly an amazing experience when we sense the consciousness, the presence, of hundreds of millions of people sharing the hour with us!

Affirmative Prayer
Greetings Dear Ones,
The sun is shining today, a gentle breeze blowing, birds are singing, and life is very good.
There is One Power, One Presence, One Life. This One is my life. The One lives, moves and has its being as me, as all people, all creatures, all life, all of creation – all that is seen and unseen.
Each of us are part of the whole, one with the One. There is no separation or division. I am one with this One, and I know this truth for all that read these words.
Life is constantly seeking and conspiring to express itself as the highest and best expression of itself always and in all ways. I claim for myself and all others that the One expresses itself now through all people, through all life as Love, Joy, Harmony, Bliss, Health, Prosperity, Abundance, Freedom, and Vitality.
I declare that our thoughts, words, and actions are grounded in Love and for the Highest and Best of all, especially Mother Earth. We walk the talk.
With a heart filled with gratitude, I say thank you God, thank you Life.
I release this word now, knowing with certainty that it returns fulfilled.
And so it is, Amen.
